Alan first started the tour business in London as Elite Connections and has been arranging tours since 1986, mainly for visitors from America. A teacher initially, his love for history and people made the ideal combination to arrange great tours. 22 years later his office and home is in the beautiful Cotswold Hills; the ideal location to travel out in many directions to see the “Real England”. A truly traditional Englishman, he delights in providing the perfect vacation to remember.
Alan, pictured here on vacation with his wife Elaine, was a driver guide in London for 17 years before moving to the ancient town of Winchcombe, in the Cotswold Hills 10 years ago. By providing comfortable private transportation, guidance and their own accommodation in a 15thC house allows them to provide the personal attention each group needs to make the perfect vacation.
